RHINO USED AUTO PARTS WARRANTY & RETURN POLICY
(Freight Shippers Only) All items must be shipped to commercial location body shop, repair shop, (ETC). Customer must arrange drop off of pallet or shipment with fork lift or other. Shipping company will charge customer extra for drop off of item. All shipments must be checked at the time of arrival there will be no refund for items missing.
(Return Policy) All problems must be reported within 15 days of receipt in order to receive a replacement unit or money back. All problems must be in writing, Mail, Email, or Fax (818) 890-3850. There will be a 20% restocking fee for return of working items. Customer is responsible for all shipping costs.
(California Buyers) Items being shipped to an address in the state of California will be charged a sales tax of 8.25%, unless you can provide a valid resale number.
(Engine Buyer’s) Engine is sold bare unless stated other wise dose not include, alternator, starter, ac compressor, power steering pump, wiring , covers, (ask salesperson). All Engines come with 90 days warranty unless stated other wise, core must always be returned core charge will apply. All engines come with heat tabs and stamp’s, if heat tabs or stamps are removed warranty is void.
(Transmission Buyer’s) Transmissions are all sold complete with torque converter unless stated other wise. All Transmission’s come with a 90 days warranty unless stated other wise. Warranty will be void if part is opened or tampered with.
(Shipping Policy) All items will be shipped out the next business day of your purchase, please allow 7-10 business days for item to arrive.
